Eligibility for Elite Benefits is based upon a status within a given status year. Eligibility must be met by January 31, of selected year and will terminate February 1, of following year. Benefits and prizes are available to current year cardholders only. Cards issued in previous years do not qualify for Elite Benefits. Elite member benefits are subject to availability and may not be available at all locations or in all markets. Elite Prizes are awarded on a random basis to Elite Cardholders only. Elite Cards and Elite Benefits are non-transferable. 2011 Elite member benefits and offers expire February 1, 2012. Please allow 6-8 weeks for fulfillment of Elite Program Benefits from January 31, of selected year. KickBack Points reserves the right to change or modify offers, benefits, and program rules without notice. All KickBack Points rules apply to Elite program membership.
